Lincoln Day Dinner
The annual Lincoln Day Dinner is coming up on May 3. This year it will be held at Quaker Station, 135 S. Broadway on the University of Akron campus.
The cost is $50 per ticket, with a cash bar beginning at 6 p.m. and dinner served at 7. The guest speaker will be Congressman Pat Tiberi.
If you are interested in attending this special celebration or have further questions, please contact John Wysmierski at jwysmierski@att.net. He will be
able to reserve tables so that club members can be seated together for the evening.
Chamber Community Showcase
Thanks to the club volunteers who made our area at the Community Showcase an important venue for local candidates to meet the public. It is a large
undertaking to set and run two booths during this two-day event, and we truly appreciate the efforts of all who were able to help.
